Organizing a multi-day international conference combined with a 5K athletic event outside of one's home country presents significant logistical hurdles. The Wood Industry Association needed a reliable local partner in Puerto Rico capable of managing an extensive, multi-category production list entirely remotely and in English.
The project scope included:
• High-quality embroidered apparel for event contributors.
• Performance running shirts for 5K participants.
• Roll-up banners for contributor tables.
• Event passes, flyers, brochures, and custom D-boards for area wayfinding and signage.
